OUR VISION
The vision of LOLA is to create a learning environment where students can flourish, as educators and students alike collaborate with one another through a creative and innovative learning design. In addition to being academically prepared to excel in the 21st century, problem solvers, creative thinkers, intentional learners, inclusive community members, and thoughtful leaders.

AN INNOVATIVE APPROACH
LOLA PROVIDES AN ENGAGING EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT CONNECTING STUDENT LEARNING TO THE REAL WORLD
LOLA implements a whole-child approach to education. Students will participate in personalized learning of challenging academics in a safe environment. Healthy lifestyle development socially, emotionally and physically will be emphasized and supported by students and staff.

COMMUNICATION-COLLABORATION-CREATIVITY-CRITICAL THINKING
It is estimated that over 85% of the jobs that will be available by 2030 haven't been invented yet.* LOLA will focus on teaching students how to learn and process information for use in real world problem-solving through the use of 21st century skills.

CREATIVITY AND THE ARTS
PERFORMING ARTS - FINE ARTS
LOLA students will have mulitple opportunities for development of the creative and artistic abilities and interests. Research continues to show the benefits of arts in education include increased academic performance, attendance, and graduation rates. Creativity is viewed by many as the skill of the future.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
LIFELONG LEARNING
LOLA incorporates skill development in areas which will benefit students throughout their lifetimes. Sports are focused on those which can be played competitively or leisurely, such as golf and tennis. General fitness, yoga, and health are also integral parts of LOLA's educational program. Students will develop skills to enhance their leadership through second language acquisition, financial literacy, employability skills, and community service.
