HCEL is committed to rethinking the design and delivery of the educational experience for students and educators, alike.  By developing engaging classrooms and school campuses, educators are able to open doors for all students to reach their full potential while increasing their own professional capacity and job satisfaction.

Through a series of services centered around the simple belief that engaged learning creates engaged learners and engaged leaders, HCEL will serve as a partner, a mentor, a model, and an ongoing resource for classroom educators, educational administrators, and educational governing boards.

HCEL focuses on the development of leadership skills with a 21st-century emphasis on communication, creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration.  

Live Oak Leadership Academy

LOLA implements a whole-child approach to education. Students participate in personalized learning of challenging academics. LOLA focuses on teaching students how to learn and process information for use in real-world problem-solving. Emphasis is placed on the development of the 21st-century skills of communication, creativity, and critical thinking.
